TERM AND TERMINATION

Findr may terminate these Terms or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing the use of the Services and closing your account.
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of these Terms, all licenses granted to you will terminate, and you must cease all use of the Services.
MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UP, India without regard to its conflict of law principles. If there are any disputes, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh, India
